Nano Cinco Torttinette is a vibrant Hazy IPA defined by its luminous, pale straw appearance and a soft, pillowy texture. The aroma is an explosive bouquet of tropical passion fruit and zeste de lime, driven by a meticulous blend of NZ Cascade, Citra, Galaxy, and Wakatu hops. On the palate, the bready, grainy malt provides a subtle foundation for intense hop flavors of citrus and stone fruit. This beer exemplifies the style’s juicy character, delivering a smooth, medium-full mouthfeel with restrained bitterness and a clean, off-dry finish that emphasizes the distinctive New Zealand and American hop interplay.

Appearance. Pale straw to very light yellow (3-4 SRM). Opaque haze with a characteristic shine. Persistent, rocky, white head with excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma. Dominated by tropical passion fruit, lime zest, and subtle notes of peach. Low grainy, bready malt character in the background. Clean fermentation profile without sulfur or harshness.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor echoing the passion fruit and lime zest notes. Low bready malt flavor. Moderate perceived bitterness that is well-masked by the soft body. The finish is off-dry and smooth with lingering citrus oils and no harshness.
