Nano Cinco Titasse is a vivid Hazy IPA that exemplifies the 'juicy' character of the style. The sensory profile is defined by a heavy-handed addition of Citra and Superdelic hops, yielding an intense bouquet of ripe mango, exotic tropical fruits, and bright citrus zest. These hops create a lush, fruit-forward experience that sits atop a soft, bready malt foundation. The mouthfeel is notably plush and pillowy, typical of the New England influence, while the finish remains clean and approachable despite the high hop saturation. It is a sophisticated, opaque ale where the vibrant hop oils are balanced by a gentle, supportive bitterness.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (4-6 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze that gives the beer a luminous shine. Features a tall, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by sweet mango, passionfruit, and bright citrus. Low bready and grainy malt character provides a background structure. Fermentation is clean with supportive fruity esters; no diacetyl or harsh grassy notes are present.

Taste. Initial impression is highly fruit-forward with flavors of tropical mango and zesty orange pith. Malt flavor is low to moderate, manifesting as soft bread or flour. Bitterness is low to medium-low, providing just enough balance without any harshness or 'hop burn.' The finish is off-dry and smooth, featuring a lingering fruit-juice aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, creamy, and pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate. Displays a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth from the 6.9% ABV, and is entirely free of astringency.
