Tamia presents a contemporary interpretation of an American Pale Ale, leaning into the soft, expressive nature of a New England-style profile. An intense citrus bouquet leads the experience, driven by the bright lemon zest of Motueka SubZero Hop Kief and the sharp, pithy grapefruit notes of Citra. Underlying these top notes, Idaho 7 contributes layers of tropical fruit and a hint of resinous depth. The mouthfeel is notably smooth and milky, providing a plush foundation for the vibrant hops. It finishes with a clean, refreshing bitterness that balances the initial fruit-forward punch, ensuring high drinkability despite its aromatic complexity.

Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (4-6 SRM). Opaque, milky haze with a moderately large, frothy white head. Excellent retention and fine lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by sharp lemon zest, fresh grapefruit, and tropical pineapple. Subtle resinous pine notes emerge as it warms. Low neutral, grainy maltiness supports the hop presentation. Clean fermentation profile with no significant yeast esters.

Taste. Vibrant citrus peel and tropical fruit flavors lead the palate. Citra provides a solid grapefruit foundation while Motueka adds a lime-like zing. Moderate bitterness that is firm but smooth. Neutral pale malt provides a soft, bready support without caramel distraction. The finish is dry and clean with a lingering citrus aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a creamy, silky texture. Moderate carbonation. Very low alcohol warmth. Exceptionally smooth without any hop-derived astringency.
