The Mega Terps blend, featuring Southern Cross, Motueka, and Rakau, adds layers of lime zest and tropical sweetness, while NZ Cascade provides a bright citrus backbone. The result is a profoundly juicy character with a silky, pillowy texture. Expect a vibrant, opaque pour that leads into a lush, fruit-forward experience where the massive hop saturation defines every sip without harshness.
Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4 SRM). Opaque haze with a luminous shine. Persistent, rocky white head with high retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity tropical bouquet. Strong notes of crushed pineapple, passion fruit, and lime zest. Low grainy-sweet malt background. No caramel or toast. Estery fruitiness is clean and supportive.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor mimicking the aroma. Low to medium-low perceived bitterness. Malt is supportive and bread-like. The finish is off-dry, smooth, and lingering with citrus and pineapple notes.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a silky, velvety texture. Medium carbonation. Subtle alcohol warmth. No hop harshness or astringency.
