This Hazy IPA presents a vibrant sensory profile defined by its lush, tropical hop character. Utilizing a blend of Riwaka, Rakau, and Dolcita hops, it offers an intense bouquet of zesty lime, juicy peach, and exotic kumquat. The experience begins with a velvety, silky texture that carries these fruit notes across the palate without harshness. While the hop presence is massive, the perceived bitterness remains restrained, allowing the soft, bready malt foundation to provide balance. The finish is clean and fruit-forward, emphasizing the intricate interplay between specific New Zealand hop varieties and a meticulously crafted, supple mouthfeel.

Appearance. Color is pale straw to light gold (4-6 SRM) with a characteristic opaque, luminous haze. It features a persistent, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics lead with citrus and stone fruit. Bright lime and kumquat notes from Riwaka and Dolcita are layered over ripe peach scents from Rakau. A neutral, lightly bready malt backbone supports the hops without any caramel or toast presence.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical juice, featuring prominent flavors of peach, lime, and citrus zest. Hop bitterness is moderate but feels soft and well-integrated against the fuller body. The malt provides a grainy, supportive base. It concludes with a smooth, off-dry finish that lingers with fruity esters and clean hop oils.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, silky body with a soft, pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate, enhancing the drinkability. A very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present at 6.9% ABV, but there is no astringency or harshness.
