Nano Cinco Salamandre is a Hazy IPA that exemplifies the style's tropical fruit intensity through the expressive use of Foggy London yeast. The aromatic profile is defined by a vibrant blend of Southern Cross, Peacharine, and Pacifica hops, delivering distinct sensory cues of ripe peach and bright lemon. These New Zealand varieties are expertly augmented by Amarillo, which adds a rounded, citrusy depth to the fruity bouquet. The experience is characterized by a velvety, pillowy texture and an opaque, luminous glow. A restrained bitterness allows the stone fruit and tropical hop flavors to lead, resulting in a soft, juicy finish that remains highly drinkable.

Appearance. 3–6 SRM. Pale straw to light orange with a deep, opaque haze that creates a luminous shine. Supports a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with very high retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring prominent ripe peach, Meyer lemon, and tropical mango. A clean, lightly bready malt backbone provides a subtle foundation, complemented by fruity esters from the fermentation which harmonize with the New World hop character.

Taste. High fruity hop flavors of peach, citrus, and soft tropical fruit dominate the palate. Malt flavor is low and grainy-bready, providing a neutral base. Perceived bitterness is moderate but soft and well-integrated, lacking any harshness. The finish is off-dry and smooth, with a lingering, juicy aftertaste of citrus peel and stone fruit.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, soft, and velvety body with a pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Alcohol presence provides a very light, well-integrated warmth. Free of any hop-derived astringency or harshness.
