Nano Cinco Quokka is a bright and effervescent Australian Sparkling Ale designed as a refreshing summer thirst-quencher. It showcases the distinctive character of the Australian Pride of Ringwood hop, providing an earthy and herbal foundation. Naturally conditioned with honey, the beer features a prickly carbonation that accentuates yeast-driven esters of pear and a subtle touch of banana. The appearance is a medium gold with a persistent frothy head. On the palate, a grainy, bready malt profile is met with a firm, lingering bitterness and a crisp, dry finish, delivering a well-balanced and highly drinkable experience.

Appearance. Medium gold color (approximately 6 SRM). Features a tall, frothy, and persistent white head with fine bubbles. Displays brilliant clarity if decanted, though it is typically served cloudy with roused yeast sediment.

Aroma. Moderate intensity with a balanced profile of pear and apple esters, alongside a light but noticeable banana character from the yeast. The hop aroma is earthy and herbal, characteristic of Pride of Ringwood. The malt presents as neutral grainy to lightly bready, with a very faint, fresh yeasty note.

Taste. Initial impressions of grainy and bready malt sweetness are quickly balanced by a medium-high bitterness that rises mid-palate. Hop flavors are earthy, resinous, and peppery. Pome fruit esters, particularly pear, are prominent with a complementary light banana flavor. The finish is highly attenuated, crisp, and dry, with a lingering, slightly coarse bitterness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a very high, prickly carbonation that creates a mouth-filling, spritzy carbonic bite. It is smooth and well-attenuated, lacking any residual sweetness or significant alcohol warmth.
