Nano Cinco Quai presents a vibrant Hazy IPA profile defined by its expert use of Nelson Sauvin, NZ Cascade, and Amarillo Cryo hops. The pour is intensely aromatic, leading with a distinctive Sauvignon Blanc and gooseberry character from the Nelson Sauvin, layered with ripe peach and bright citrus notes driven by the Amarillo Cryo and NZ Cascade. At 6.5% ABV, the beer maintains an effortless balance between its fruit-forward intensity and a restrained bitterness. The malt presence remains subtle and bready, allowing the juicy hop oils to dominate. Silky and smooth on the palate, it finishes with a clean, lingering tropical fruit essence.

Appearance. Color ranges from straw to light orange (4-6 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze and a luminous shine. Supports a thick, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring crushed white grapes, gooseberry, and a distinct Sauvignon Blanc quality from Nelson Sauvin. This is supported by sweet peach, apricot, and zestful orange notes from Amarillo Cryo and NZ Cascade. Malt is low, providing a clean, grainy-sweet backdrop.

Taste. An immediate burst of tropical and stone fruit flavors, mirroring the aroma with peach, white grape, and bright grapefruit. Bitterness is moderate but soft, never harsh, allowing the hop saturation to feel lush. The finish is off-dry and balanced, with a lingering citrus aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably silky, smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate, enhancing the juicy impression without being prickly. Subtle alcohol warmth is well-integrated.
