This Hazy IPA showcases a vibrant southern hemisphere character, led by a massive cold-side addition of Nectaron. Expect an intense aromatic burst of distinct passion fruit and ripe peach, supported by the citrus-forward and tropical layers of Riwaka and Motueka. The grist, featuring a strategic addition of Honey Malt, provides a soft, bready foundation with a subtle, non-cloying honeyed sweetness that complements the juicy hop profile. At 6.4% ABV, the beer balances a smooth, plush mouthfeel with a restrained bitterness, ensuring the New Zealand hop trio remains the focal point from the initial fruity impact through to the clean, tropical finish.

Appearance. Luminous straw-gold with a dense, opaque haze providing a brilliant shine. Crowning the pour is a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and intricate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet dominated by aromatic passion fruit, succulent peach, and zesty lime. A clean, bready malt presence sits in the background, enriched by a delicate, floral honey-like sweetness. Fermentation esters are supportive and fruity, devoid of any harsh grassy or herbal notes.

Taste. Massive fruity hop impact delivers layers of ripe peach, passion fruit, and bright citrus. The malt profile is soft and bready, with the specialty malts adding a touch of sweetness that never becomes heavy. Perceived bitterness is low and well-integrated, masking any harshness. The finish is off-dry and plush, leaving a lingering impression of tropical nectar and lime zest.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably smooth and soft texture. Carbonation is moderate, providing enough lift to maintain drinkability. A very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, without any hop-derived astringency or raw grain harshness.
