This Hazy IPA showcases the unique American cultivar Pink (ID-158) through a cold-hopping technique that amplifies its aromatic depth. Pours an opaque, luminous straw with a dense white head. The sensory profile is defined by an alluring fusion of stone fruit and bright citrus, specifically highlighting ripe peach and zesty lemon notes. An unusual, delicate honey-like sweetness permeates the bouquet, characteristic of the mono-hop selection. On the palate, the soft, velvety mouthfeel carries these fruit-forward flavors over a neutral, grainy malt base, finishing with a restrained, smooth bitterness that emphasizes drinkability and modern hop expression.

Appearance. Straw to very light amber with a deep, opaque haze that gives the beer a luminous quality. Features a medium-high, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by stone fruit and citrus, specifically peach and lemon. A unique, sweet floral character resembling honey is present, tied to the Pink hop variety. Malt is neutral and lightly grainy with no caramel or toast.
