This New England IPA radiates a soft, golden opacity, highlighting a sensory profile defined by its lush, tropical intensity. A heavy dry-hopping regimen featuring Citra and Mosaic creates an aromatic explosion of overripe mango, pineapple, and guava, while Centennial Cryo adds a layer of bright citrus zest and concentrated floral depth. The palate follows suit, offering a juicy sensation with minimal perceived bitterness, allowing the sweet-leaning fruit notes to take center stage. Supported by a bready, wheat-heavy malt base, the beer maintains a pillowy mouthfeel and a smooth, clean finish that masks its moderate alcohol content with deceptive drinkability.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (SRM 3-6) with a pronounced hazy, opaque shine. Topped with a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head that shows excellent retention and leaves thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity of ripe tropical fruits including mango and pineapple, complemented by citrus notes of tangerine. The malt is clean, bready, and lightly grainy in the background, with no caramel or toast present.

Taste. High tropical and stone fruit hop flavors dominate the initial impression. Very low to low malt sweetness with a bready character. Bitterness is low to moderate and very smooth, never sharp. The finish is off-dry and fruit-forward with a clean aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate. There is a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth and no detectable astringency or harshness.
