Hyperbole presents a fascinating hybrid approach, fusing the bone-dry attenuation of a Brut IPA with the creamy indulgence of a Milkshake IPA. This American IPA utilizes a unique grain bill featuring rice and corn, processed with enzymes for extreme fermentability, while an addition of lactose provides a counter-balancing silkiness. The aromatic profile is dominated by the tropical fruit intensity of Mosaic and ID158 (Pink) hops, delivering vivid layers of mango and passionfruit. Subtle notes of honey and vanilla emerge from the specific adjunct blend and lactose. Despite the 6.4% ABV, the finish is remarkably refreshing, balancing a light-bodied snap with a lingering, creamy fruit-forward sweetness.

Appearance. Medium gold (6-8 SRM) with a medium-sized, persistent white head and light lacing. Clarity is generally clear, though a very slight haze may be present due to the lactose and heavy hopping.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring tropical fruit, berry, and citrus notes from Mosaic and ID158 (Pink) hops. A light, clean, grainy sweetness from the corn and rice is complemented by distinct hints of vanilla and honey-like sweetness from the lactose.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward and tropical. Low grainy malt flavor supports high tropical fruit and passionfruit hop flavors. Bitterness is moderate to firm but softened by the lactose. The finish is medium-dry and clean, with a lingering, creamy aftertaste of vanilla and sweet fruit.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture from the lactose. Carbonation is medium-high. Very light, smooth alcohol warmth is present without any harshness or astringency.
