Nano Cinco Glam is a vibrant India Pale Lager that marries the crisp structural integrity of a German Pils with the bold aromatics of modern American hops. The aromatic profile is led by the punchy, tropical impact of Citra and Strata, delivering distinct notes of mango and bright citrus. Its clean lager fermentation ensures a dry, refreshing canvas, allowing the concentrated CGX pellets to express a sharp, firm bitterness. The result is a highly drinkable, light-bodied beer that balances traditional European lager traditions with a fruit-forward, contemporary hop character, finishing with a snappy, lingering bitterness.

Appearance. Straw to deep yellow in color (2–4 SRM). The beer displays brilliant clarity and is crowned by a thick, creamy white head with excellent persistence and lacing.

Aroma. High aromatic intensity featuring prominent tropical fruit and citrus notes from Citra and Strata hops, specifically mango and grapefruit. A low, clean, grainy-sweet malt presence provides a background of toasted crackers. The fermentation profile is very clean, lacking any yeast-derived esters or phenols.

Taste. Initial flavors of tropical fruit and citrus zest are quickly overtaken by a high hop bitterness. The malt character is low, offering a subtle doughy foundation that supports the hops without adding sweetness. It is highly attenuated with a bone-dry finish. The aftertaste is crisp and clean, with a lingering, pleasant bitterness and a hint of flinty minerals.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high carbonation, creating a prickly and refreshing mouthfeel. There is no perceived alcohol warmth, and the texture is crisp and snappy without being harsh or astringent.
