This Hazy IPA presents an opaque, glowing straw hue, emitting a vibrant bouquet driven by the innovative use of Phantasm NZ and Mega Motueka. The aroma is dominated by zesty lime, crushed Sauvignon Blanc grapes, and ripe apricot from the Rakau hops. On the palate, Idaho 7 and Comet contribute layers of sticky tropical fruit and bright grapefruit zest against a soft, bready malt backdrop. With a silky, medium-full body and restrained bitterness, it delivers a lush, juicy experience that finishes with a clean, fruit-forward elegance and a subtle hint of alcohol warmth.

Appearance. Straw to light orange (4-6 SRM). Opaque, hazy with a characteristic shine; no particulates. Massive, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Explosive notes of lime zest, passion fruit, and apricot. Distinct Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grape and white currant notes from Phantasm NZ. Subtle bready malt and neutral fermentation esters support the heavy Rakau, Idaho 7, and Comet hop presence.

Taste. Massive tropical fruit flavors including stone fruit and citrus. Initial impression of lime and apricot followed by mango and grapefruit. Low to medium-high hop bitterness that feels soft and integrated. Malt flavor is low and bready. Finishes off-dry and juice-like with lingering tropical fruit character.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, silky body. Smooth, velvety texture with no astringency or raw starch. Moderate carbonation. A light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present.
