This Czech Premium Pale Lager offers a complex sensory profile defined by its cereal-forward foundation and traditional hopping. The addition of Melanoidin malt introduces deep notes of bread crust and honeyed biscuit, providing a rich malt backbone that belies its sessionable 4.4% ABV. Traditional Saaz hops contribute their signature spicy and herbal bouquet, while the use of Kazbek adds a modern, subtle citrus brightness and earthy depth. It presents a refined balance between bready sweetness and a firm, rounded bitterness. This collaboration results in an exceptionally drinkable, crisp lager with a lingering, clean finish and sophisticated malt complexity.

Appearance. Deep gold color (6 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a dense, long-lasting, creamy white head that leaves significant lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Pronounced bready-rich malt character with notes of toasted grain and bread crust. The hop bouquet is medium-high, displaying spicy and herbal Saaz qualities alongside a faint, clean citrus note from the Kazbek. Low yeast-derived esters.

Taste. Initial impression is of rich, complex, bready maltiness followed by a pronounced yet soft and rounded bitterness. Flavors of toasted cereal and honeyed malt are prominent. Hop flavors are medium-high, showcasing floral and spicy notes with a touch of earthy citrus. The finish is long and clean, maintaining a perfect balance between malt depth and hop presence without being harsh.
