Appearance. Deep gold with subtle amber highlights (SRM 5-7); brilliant clarity; persistent, creamy white head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity with a focus on malty richness; aromas of toasted bread dough and light biscuit. Low floral and spicy hop character from Hallertau Mittelfrüh. Very clean fermentation profile with no esters or phenols.
