Cyanocitta is a vibrant, contemporary Gose that reimagines the historical German style through a lush addition of crushed lemons and a massive volume of raspberry puree. The sensory experience is led by a striking, bright pink hue and an intense bouquet of fresh, jammy raspberries coupled with sharp citrus zest. On the palate, the lactic tartness is harmoniously balanced by a delicate salinity that provides a mouthwatering, rounder texture. A base of pilsner and wheat malt supports the fruit, leading into a dry, refreshing finish where the lemon provides a crisp, clean exit.

Appearance. Brilliant, deep pink to magenta with a moderate haze; topped with a dense, light-pink head that shows moderate retention and fine lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; dominant notes of fresh, sun-ripened raspberries and bright lemon zest. Subtle lactic sourness and a faint mineral, sea-salt character complement a light, doughy wheat malt background.

Taste. Initial sharp tartness of raspberry and lemon juices. Low bready malt flavor provides a soft foundation. Bitterness is virtually absent, with the balance shifting entirely toward acidity. A noticeable but restrained salinity enhances the fruit flavors. Finishes very dry and clean with lingering berry notes.
