This Hazy IPA pours with a lush, inviting character driven by a sophisticated trio of hops. The combination of Nectaron, Idaho 7 CGX, and Mosaic produces a massive aromatic profile defined by sun-ripened nectarine, zesty lime, and lush tropical fruit. A soft, pillowy texture anchors the experience, reflecting a modern approach to the style where bitterness is restrained to allow the hop oils to shine. Subtle bready malt provides a neutral base, while the fermentation is clean and supportive. It finishes with a gentle, lingering fruitiness, inviting another sip of its well-integrated 7% ABV strength.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4–6 SRM). Opaque, uniform haze with a luminous shine. Pours with a dense, meringue-like white head that shows excellent retention and leaves thick, decorative lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by vibrant stone fruit (nectarine) and citrus (lime) from the Nectaron and Mosaic hops. Secondary notes of mango and pineapple from the Idaho 7 CGX. Low, clean bready malt in the background. Neutral fermentation with subtle fruity esters that complement the hop profile.

Taste. High tropical and stone fruit hop flavors mirroring the aroma. Low, grainy-sweet malt flavor. Bitterness is moderate and soft, never harsh, balancing the off-dry finish. Clean fermentation profile allows the Nectaron and Mosaic hops to remain the focal point through a juicy, lingering aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky texture. Medium carbonation. Notable smoothness without being heavy or viscous. Subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth. No astringency or hop burn.
