This Hazy IPA presents an evocative tropical profile, characterized by its intensely juicy and vibrant nature. The inclusion of real pineapple seamlessly integrates with the distinctive New Zealand hop profile of Peacherine and Southern Cross. Expect a rush of crushed pineapple, fuzzy peach, and sun-ripened nectarine, supported by the subtle lemon-lime and piney undertones of the Southern Cross hops. The Peacherine contribution enhances the stone fruit depth, creating a complex, fruit-forward experience. This beer is designed with a soft, pillowy texture that carries the fruit flavors through a smooth, approachable finish, emphasizing the juicy brewer's intent without overbearing bitterness.

Appearance. Color is straw to light gold (4 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze and a luminous shine. It features a dense, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aroma dominated by fresh pineapple and tropical fruit esters. Prominent stone fruit notes like peach and nectarine are complemented by a light citrus and resinous pine background. The malt is clean and lightly bready, providing a neutral stage for the massive hop and fruit expression. No dimethyl sulfide or diacetyl present.

Taste. The initial impression is an explosion of pineapple and tropical punch. High fruity hop flavors of peach and citrus zest follow. Malt flavor is low, suggesting bready or doughy grains. Bitterness is low to moderate, providing just enough balance to prevent cloying sweetness, finishing off-dry and smooth. The aftertaste lingers with a pleasant, soft fruitiness and no harsh hop burn.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Carbonation is moderate. There is a very light alcohol warmth. The texture is smooth without being cloying, and it lacks any astringency or raw grain harshness.
