This Hazy IPA offers a vibrant sensory journey led by a lush tropical profile. The use of Simcoe in the whirlpool introduces a subtle resinous backbone that anchors intense aromatics of passion fruit and citrus. A heavy dry-hop regimen featuring Mosaic, El Dorado, and Galaxy drives a complex bouquet of mango, pineapple, and stone fruit. Despite its opaque, juice-like appearance, the beer maintains high drinkability through a surprisingly dry finish and a soft, pillowy texture. Balanced and fruit-forward, it exemplifies the modern New England style with a clean fermentation profile and restrained bitterness that highlights its juicy hop-centric core.

Appearance. Deep straw to light gold (4 SRM) with an opaque, hazy shine. Features a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of mango, pineapple, and passion fruit. Secondary notes of stone fruit and a light citrus zest are supported by a faint resinous pine. Malt character is low and neutral, presenting as fresh grain or bread dough.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with dominant notes of peach, tropical juice, and citrus. Low grainy malt flavor provides a neutral foundation.
