This Hazy IPA presents an assertive and saturated hop profile led by the distinctive New Zealand duo of Nelson Sauvin and Peacharine. The experience begins with an intense bouquet of ripe peach, nectarine, and vibrant citrus, underscored by the elegant white wine and crushed gooseberry notes typical of Nelson Sauvin. On the palate, it delivers a lush, velvety texture and a substantial body that carries flavors of stone fruits and Sauvignon Blanc into a soft, low-bitterness finish. The 7.8% ABV is seamlessly integrated, providing a gentle warmth that complements the beer’s tropical and orchard fruit complexity.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (approx. 4-6 SRM). Hazy and opaque with a luminous shine. Dense, white, meringue-like head with excellent retention and substantial lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent stone fruit (peach, nectarine) and tropical qualities. Significant white wine, crushed grape, and gooseberry notes. Background malt is low, suggesting bready and grainy-sweet notes. Clean fermentation with supportive fruity esters.

Taste. High to very high fruity hop flavor of nectarine, peach, and citrus. Nelson Sauvin provides a sophisticated Sauvignon Blanc character.
