This Hazy IPA is a masterclass in New Zealand hop expression, featuring a potent blend of Nelson Sauvin, Subzero Hop Kief, Riwaka, Rakau, and NZH-214. The aroma is an intense explosion of crushed white grapes, passion fruit, and pink grapefruit. On the palate, the hop saturation provides layers of stone fruit and tropical lime, supported by a clean, bready malt base. The sensory profile is defined by its soft, pillowy texture and a juicy, off-dry finish. Low bitterness allows the complex fruit character to remain the focus, while the well-integrated warmth rounds out this vibrant, aromatic experience.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (4 SRM) with an opaque, hazy glow. Massive, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma of white wine, gooseberry, and tropical fruit. Light bready malt in the background. Clean fermentation with subtle fruit esters.

Taste. Intense passion fruit and citrus hop flavors. Low to medium-low bitterness. Grainy, neutral malt support. Finishes smooth and juicy with lingering tropical notes.
