This Hazy IPA offers a lush sensory profile driven by a curated trio of hops. Citra provides a bright foundation of citrus and grapefruit, while Nectaron imparts intense stone fruit characteristics, specifically ripe nectarine. The addition of Eclipse enhances the profile with vibrant mandarin orange and tropical notes. This combination creates a massively hop-forward bouquet that is truly juicy. The malt presence remains subtle and bready, allowing the expressive fruit esters to dominate. It pours with a characteristic opaque glow and a soft, pillowy mouthfeel, finishing with a restrained bitterness that emphasizes the fruit-forward depth of the hop oils.

Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (4-6 SRM) with a consistent, opaque haze and a luminous shine. Features a medium, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity with dominant notes of nectarine, passion fruit, and mandarin orange. The hop character is purely fruity, devoid of grassiness. Low, bready-grainy malt serves as a background, complemented by clean, supportive fermentation esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with nectarine, citrus, and tropical fruit at the forefront. Malt flavor is low and neutral. Bitterness is low to moderate, never harsh, leading to a smooth, off-dry finish with a lingering juicy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, soft, and slightly creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate. No astringency or harshness is present, and there is only a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
