This celebratory Double IPA marks a milestone with a lush, saturated hop profile. The New Zealand duo of Peacherine and Nelson Sauvin leads the charge, delivering an explosive bouquet of ripe nectarine, passionfruit, and crushed white grape. Centennial Cryo adds a layer of bright citrus and subtle floral notes that sharpen the tropical intensity. Despite its 8% strength, the beer maintains a soft, pillowy texture that carries the immense fruit character across the palate. A clean, restrained bitterness ensures the focus remains on the vibrant hops, while the finish is smooth and remarkably approachable for its size.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (5–7 SRM). Thick, persistent white head with dense lacing. Opaque, hazy appearance characteristic of modern juicy interpretations.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring heavy stone fruit (nectarine) and tropical notes. Prominent white wine and gooseberry from Nelson Sauvin, supported by floral and grapefruit zest from Centennial Cryo. Neutral, soft bready malt in the background; low fruity esters.

Taste. Initial burst of sweet nectarine and tropical fruit. Hop flavors are complex, showing citrus peel and grape skin. Medium-low supportive malt, clean and soft. Bitterness is firm but smooth, lacking harshness. Finish is medium-dry with a lingering nectarine and floral aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a creamy, velvety texture. Moderate carbonation. Subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth. Very low astringency.
