Mondo Generator captures the sun-drenched intensity of California with this assertive West Coast IPA. Built on a crisp foundation of Pilsner and Pale malts, the beer radiates a bright golden hue and a lean profile. The sensory experience is dominated by a powerful hop presence, where aggressive hot-side additions and heavy dry hopping deliver a saturated array of tropical and stone fruit notes. Fermented with a neutral American yeast, the profile remains surgically clean, allowing the fruity hop resins to vibrate against a sharp, resinous bitterness. It finishes remarkably dry and crisp, perfectly embodying the lean, hop-forward spirit of its namesake style.

Appearance. Brilliantly clear, deep golden color (7 SRM). Pours with a medium-sized, frothy white head with excellent persistence and intricate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop bouquet featuring prominent notes of mango, passion fruit, and citrus zest. A clean, crackery, and grainy malt backbone from the Pilsner and Pale malts provides a subtle supporting base, free from yeast-derived esters or phenols.

Taste. Initial punch of tropical fruit and citrus peel transitions quickly into a firm, clean bitterness characteristic of the style. The malt flavor is restrained and grainy, offering a neutral stage for the hop oils. Finishes very dry and crisp with a lingering, clean, hoppy aftertaste.
