Nacional Morelos Siervo is a luminous, refreshing Witbier defined by its classic Belgian character. The heavy use of White Wheat and oats creates a distinctively pale, milky appearance and a soft, bready foundation. Bright aromas of zesty sweet orange peel and cracked coriander seeds lead the sensory experience, supported by subtle honey-like malt notes. Appearance. Pale straw to light yellow (2-4 SRM). Opaque and very cloudy with a milky, whitish-yellow glow due to wheat starch and suspended yeast. Features a dense, white, moussy head with excellent retention.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring bready malt and light notes of vanilla. Prominent zesty, sweet orange citrus is complemented by a moderate perfumy and herbal coriander character. Yeast-derived esters contribute a light peppery spice, while hop aroma is absent.
