Nachmelená Opice

This West Coast IPA presents a modern, hop-forward profile driven by the layering of Simcoe, Strata, and Sabro hops. It pours a brilliant pale gold with a resilient white head. The aroma is intense, balancing the signature cream-coconut and tropical notes of Sabro with the distinct strawberry and passionfruit essence of Strata. Simcoe anchors the profile with underlying resinous pine. On the palate, a firm, clean bitterness cuts through a lighter-bodied, grainy malt backbone, emphasizing secondary flavors of watermelon and tropical fruit. It finishes crisp and bone-dry, epitomizing the refreshing yet assertive character of a classic American IPA.

Appearance. Pale gold (approx. 6 SRM); brilliant clarity; medium-sized, white head with good persistence and light lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring tropical fruit, coconut, and distinctive strawberry; supportive hints of pine and resin; low clean, grainy-sweet maltiness; neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression of assertive bitterness; vibrant hop flavors follow the aroma with notes of watermelon, strawberry, and tropical fruit; low neutral malt flavor; very dry finish with a lingering, clean hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture; medium-high carbonation; no astringency; very subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
