This refreshing Hazy IPA presents a vibrant, sun-drenched sensory profile designed for summer drinkability. Dominated by a massive dry-hop addition of Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado, the nose is a tropical explosion of mango, pineapple, and zesty citrus. The inclusion of oat and wheat flakes provides a signature soft, pillowy texture that carries the juicy fruit flavors across the palate. Despite its hazy appearance, the finish remains remarkably clean, with a restrained bitterness that highlights the sweet stone fruit and berry notes derived from the Mosaic. It is a masterclass in hop-forward balance, delivering high intensity with an accessible, lighter body.
Appearance. Hazy to opaque, straw to light gold (4 SRM). Topped by a dense, meringue-like white head with high retention and significant lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring layers of sweet tropical mango, passion fruit, and bright tangerine. A hint of pear and watermelon is present. Malt character is low and clean, offering a simple bready, grainy foundation without any caramel or toast.
Taste. Bold tropical fruit juice dominates the initial impression. Flavors of crushed pineapple and citrus pith are supported by a medium-low bready malt sweetness. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as soft and integrated, never harsh. The finish is off-dry and lingering with a persistent fruit-cocktail aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a noticeably smooth, soft, and slightly creamy texture from the flaked grains. Carbonation is moderate. No alcohol warmth or astringency is detected.
