This Cold Australian IPA presents a remarkably clean and lean profile, utilizing rice flakes and a cool fermentation to achieve an ultra-crisp, dry character. The sensory experience is defined by a vibrant hop showcase featuring Eclipse, Ella, and Enigma. These Australian hops drive intense aromas and flavors of sweet mandarin, tropical passionfruit, and delicate red currant, layered over a neutral, cracker-like malt base. The mouthfeel is snappy and light, allowing the firm bitterness to remain sharp and focused through a bone-dry finish. It combines the aromatic punch of an American IPA with the crystalline clarity and drinkability of a premium lager.
Appearance. Straw to medium gold (6 SRM); brilliant clarity with a tall, white, persistent head that leaves fine lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring mandarin orange, tropical fruit, and hints of pine and spice; low grainy-sweet malt presence with a very clean fermentation profile devoid of esters.
Taste. Leading with intense hop flavors of citrus zest, berry, and melon; supported by a low, neutral, grainy malt character. Medium-high bitterness is clean and assertive, leading into a very dry, crisp finish with a lingering hoppy aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture; high carbonation and a refreshing, snappy quality with no perceptible alcohol warmth.

Část sladu je nahrazena rýžovými vločkami pro dosažení suchého charakteru. Postup skákání je již stejný jako u stylu IPA, tentokrát jsme použili kombinaci australských chmelů začínajících na písmeno E Eclipse, Ella a Enigma.

Part of the malt is replaced with rice flakes to achieve a dry character. The hopping process is already the same as for the IPA style, this time we used a combination of Australian hops starting with the letter E Eclipse, Ella and Enigma.
