This modern interpretation of a pale Weizenbock marries the traditional bready, grainy richness of a German wheat base with a vibrant Australian hop profile. At 6.9% ABV, it presents a deep golden hue and a velvety, voluminous body that anchors the experience. The strategic use of Galaxy and Topaz hops introduces a bold, contemporary aromatic layer of passion fruit, lychee, and citrus, which elegantly overlays the expected banana and clove yeast esters. While the malt provides a sweet, bready foundation, the finish is distinctly more hop-forward than classic examples, offering a tropical complexity that revitalizes the heavy Bock character.

Appearance. Golden-yellow (6-8 SRM) with a very thick, moussy, and long-lasting off-white head. It displays a characteristic haze and a soft shine resulting from the high wheat content and suspended yeast.

Aroma. High intensity with significant bready and grainy-sweet wheat malt richness. Traditional yeast character provides moderate notes of banana and spicy clove, which are layered with high-impact hop aromas of peach, passion fruit, lychee, and bright citrus. Very low, clean alcohol presence.

Taste. Initial impression is of rich, bready malt and sweet wheat. This is quickly followed by prominent hop flavors of citrus and tropical fruits. A low to medium-low bitterness maintains the malty balance while providing more definition than a traditional example.
