This American IPA showcases a vibrant hop profile built upon a base of Pils and Golden Promise malts, which provide a clean, bready foundation. The aroma is highly intense, exploding with notes of ripe yellow fruit, mango, and a hint of creamed coconut, driven by the specific combination of Citra, Mosaic, Sabro, and Ekuanot hops. Appearance. Medium gold in color (approx 7 SRM) with a slight haze. Features a medium-sized, off-white head with good persistence and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop character with prominent notes of grapefruit, mango, apricot, and a distinct tropical coconut hint. Low, clean, bready maltiness supports the hop presentation. Fermentation is clean with very light stone fruit esters.

Taste. Initial impression is decidedly hop-forward with flavors of tropical fruit and citrus. Malt flavor is low and grainy-sweet with a light toasted character. Bitterness is medium-high and firm, balanced by a juicy fruitiness. The finish is medium-dry and clean with a lingering hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is medium-high. No harshness or astringency, with a very subtle and well-integrated alcohol warmth.
