This American Pale Ale presents a vibrant, hop-forward profile that captures the essence of classic craft influence. Bright citrus notes of grapefruit and lime from Citra and Centennial lead the charge, while Amarillo provides a nuanced layer of orange zest and floral peach. The hop intensity is framed by a clean, neutral malt backbone that offers just enough bready support without distracting from the lupulin display. It finishes crisp and refreshing, showcasing a refined bitterness that lingers pleasantly. Ridopoco is a balanced, highly drinkable example of the style, marrying tropical fruitiness with a firm, resinous snap and a brilliant golden presentation.

Appearance. Pale golden (approx. 6 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a moderately large, white, creamy head that exhibits good retention and leaves light lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit, lime, and orange blossoms, complemented by a light resinous pine. Low grainy-sweet maltiness provides a neutral base, while fermentation character remains clean with very low fruity esters.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-dominant with flavors of citrus peel, tropical melon, and floral spice. Moderate to high bitterness provides a firm structure against a supportive, light bready malt flavor. The fermentation is clean, leading to a medium-dry finish where citrusy hop oils and a crisp bitterness linger without harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderate to high carbonation that enhances the crisp finish. Overall smooth texture with no perceptible astringency and a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
