This modern American IPA bursts with a vibrant, citrus-forward personality driven by expressive American hops. A brilliant pour of deep gold supports a dense, long-lasting off-white head. The aroma is dominated by intense, fresh-squeezed grapefruit, sweet orange peel, and underlying pine. On the palate, a clean, low grainy malt backbone allows a powerful wave of citrus oils and resinous bitterness to shine, culminating in a crisp, dry finish. Perfectly integrated alcohol provides a gentle, clean warmth that complements the bold, refreshing hop-forward profile, embodying the energetic spirit of a modern craft IPA.

Appearance. Medium gold with brilliant clarity. Supported by a persistent, creamy, off-white head that leaves tight, structured lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by bright American hop characters of squeezed grapefruit, sweet orange zest, and a touch of resinous pine. Low, clean, crackery malt base provides light support. Fermentation is clean with virtually no esters.

Taste. Begins with an immediate punch of citrusy hops, yielding flavors of tangerine and grapefruit peel. Supported by a low, clean, grainy-sweet malt flavor. Bitter finish is clean and medium-high, balancing the dry, crisp mouthfeel. Aftertaste is dry and hoppy with lingering resinous bitterness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Carbonation is medium-high, accentuating the dry finish. Features a subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth without any harshness or astringency.
