This classic Franconian-style Rauchbier opens with an intense, savory invitation of beechwood-smoked malt, evoking rich aromas of cured speck and rustic woodsmoke. Beneath the prominent, clean smoke lies a deeply comforting malt base, revealing nuanced layers of red fruit and dried fig that add an exquisite, jammy complexity. On the palate, it strikes a masterfully clean balance between robust smokiness and toasted-grain sweetness. Remarkably smooth and drinkable, this lager flows seamlessly across the palate, finishing medium-dry with a elegant, lingering echo of campfire and dark stone fruit.

Appearance. Deep copper to rich mahogany-brown with brilliant clarity. It is topped by a dense, thick, long-lasting tan-colored head that leaves fine lacing on the glass.
