Appearance. Pours a straw to pale gold with a luminous orange hue (SRM 4-6). Displays a dense, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing. The beer is significantly hazy and opaque, possessing a healthy shine without visible particulates or yeast clumps.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical and citrus notes. Prominent scents of lime zest, ripe maracuja, and sweet papaya are immediately apparent. A clean, lightly bready and grainy malt presence sits in the background. Fermentation is clean with supportive fruity esters that blend seamlessly with the tropical hop character. No buttery, acidic, or grassy aromas are present.
Taste. Initial impression is an explosion of tropical fruit, mirroring the aroma with vibrant flavors of papaya and passion fruit, followed by a bright lime citrus character. Malt flavor is low, providing a neutral, grainy base. Bitterness is medium-low and restrained, integrated into a soft, velvety palate. The finish is off-dry and smooth, leaving a lingering, juicy hop aftertaste devoid of any harshness or astringency.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably smooth and soft mouthfeel. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to the juicy sensation. There is a very subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth consistent with its 6.3% ABV. The beer lacks any astringency, acidic twang, or harsh hop burn, maintaining a rounded, pillowy texture.
