Utilizing Montana-grown oats from Gallatin Valley Malt and a significant addition of lactose, the beer presents a viscous, smoothie-like texture that supports a staggering amount of black currant. The sensory profile is dominated by a sharp, clean lactic acidity typical of the style, but layered with the rich, creamy essence of cheesecake and vanilla. The intense dark berry character of the black currant provides a jammy tartness that cuts through the silky sweetness, resulting in a bold, fruit-forward experience that feels both refreshing and deeply indulgent.

Appearance. Opaque and thick with a deep magenta to purple hue (30+ SRM); pours with a dense, pink-tinted head that shows poor retention due to the high fruit and adjunct content, often leaving a heavy coating of fruit pulp on the glass.
