This Hazy Double IPA showcases an intense hop profile driven by a massive addition of Mosaic hops, delivering punchy notes of ripe stone fruit, vibrant citrus, and a resinous pine backbone. The grist, featuring a significant 50% addition of Montana-grown oats from Gallatin Valley Malt and a touch of wheat over a Pilsner malt base, creates a velvety, "Oat Whip" texture that cushions the 8.5% ABV. While classified as a Double IPA, this expression prioritizes hop saturation and a lush, creamy mouthfeel over aggressive bitterness, resulting in a saturated, fruit-forward experience that highlights the multifaceted, berry-and-tropical nature of its single-hop focus.
