Party Lap is a vibrant Hazy IPA that marries Old World elegance with New World punch. This international collaboration presents a luminous, opaque pour, leading with an intense bouquet. The strategic use of Citra and Cascade hops delivers bold layers of sun-ripened grapefruit and zesty lemon, while the traditional Tettnang adds a sophisticated counterpoint of dried flowers and delicate spice. Its soft, pillowy body provides a luxurious canvas for these complex hop expressions, balancing the high fruit intensity with a restrained, smooth bitterness. The result is a highly drinkable, juice-forward ale that highlights the technical synergy of its multinational brewing team through a clean, off-dry finish.

Appearance. Color is light gold to orange (4–6 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze and a luminous shine. It supports a tall, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of fresh grapefruit, lemon zest, and tropical fruit from Citra and Cascade. These are layered with subtle herbal spice and dried floral notes from Tettnang. The malt character is low and clean, suggesting neutral dough or light grain.

Taste. Leading with high-intensity hop flavors of citrus pith and floral spice, the palate follows the aroma closely. Low, bready malt provides a soft background without any caramel or toast. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as low due to the soft, rounded mouthfeel. The finish is off-dry and smooth, lacking any hop harshness or astringency.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate. There is a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth from the 7.2% ABV, but no harshness or starchiness is present.
