This 6.3% ABV specialty brew delivers a bright, citrusy profile dominated by grapefruit and zest, seamlessly layered with hints of tropical fruit such as mango and pineapple. The yeast contribution is evident through subtle peppery phenols and fruity esters that dance alongside a bready, wheat-driven malt base. Appearance. SRM 4–6. Pale gold to deep yellow in color. Notably hazy with a thick, persistent, and mousse-like white head that leaves significant lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with distinct notes of citrus peel and tropical fruit. Moderate fruity esters suggesting apricot and orange, coupled with low but present spicy phenols like clove or white pepper. Low bready and grainy malt presence from the wheat addition.
Taste. Initial impression is a burst of citrusy and tropical hop flavors. The mid-palate reveals a tangy, bready wheat malt character that supports a moderate Belgian yeast profile of pepper and spice. Bitterness is medium-high and clean, never harsh.
