Appearance. Pale golden to light amber color (5-8 SRM). It features a moderately large, white head with good retention and fine lacing. Clarity is generally clear to brilliant.
Aroma. Moderate to high hop intensity featuring distinct notes of citrus rind, grapefruit, and orange blossoms, with a light piney undertone. The malt profile is low and clean, offering a supportive bready or grainy sweetness. Fermentation is clean with negligible esters.
Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward with flavors of fresh citrus and floral spice from the Cascade and Amarillo. A clean, neutral malt backbone provides light cracker-like sweetness. Bitterness is moderate and well-balanced against the malt. The finish is medium-dry and clean, with a lingering but pleasant hop resin and citrus aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light to medium body with moderate to high carbonation. The texture is smooth and crisp without any astringency or harshness. Alcohol warmth is not perceived.
