Appearance. Pale gold (4 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Persistent, creamy white head with excellent retention and fine lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity. Dominant grainy-sweet malt character with light biscuit and toasted bread notes. Low floral and slightly spicy hop aroma from the Hallertau Mittelfrüh. Exceptionally clean fermentation with no esters or diacetyl.
Taste. Moderately malty start with a suggestion of sweetness. Rich grainy-sweet malt flavor takes center stage, supported by a low to medium-low bitterness. Soft, rounded palate impression. Delicate floral hop flavors are noticeable but secondary to the malt. Finishes soft and dry, not crisp or biting, with a clean aftertaste.
