This Wild Specialty Beer presents a decadent, smoothie-like profile, bursting with a tropical kaleidoscope of flavors. Ripe, creamy banana and vibrant pineapple lead the sensory experience, supported by the soft, honeyed sweetness of cantaloupe. The addition of pistachio introduces a unique, lightly savory nuttiness that rounds out the fruit-forward intensity. While built on a tart foundation, the focus remains on the lush, thick textures and the interplay of exotic fruits. It offers a refreshing acidity that cuts through the dense fruit puree, resulting in a complex, dessert-like experience that remains bright and lively on the palate.

Appearance. Opaque and viscous, resembling a blended fruit smoothie; color is a saturated, pale peach to soft orange. Head is thick but dissipates quickly due to high fruit solids and oils, leaving minimal lacing.
