Appearance. Pours a pale straw to light gold (3-4 SRM). Unlike typical filtered versions, this beer is distinctly hazy to opaque due to the presence of suspended yeast. It features a frothy white head with moderate retention and light lacing.
Aroma. Low malt intensity with a clean, grainy, and slightly crackery character. Hop aroma is subtle, offering faint floral and spicy notes. Fermentation is clean, though a light, bready yeast character is present due to the unfiltered nature of the pour.
Taste. The initial impression is crisp and clean. Malt flavors are moderately low, presenting as light grain or white bread. Hop bitterness is low, providing just enough balance to prevent a cloying finish. Hop flavor is very low with a brief floral quality. The finish is dry, short, and refreshing with a clean aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body, appearing slightly fuller and creamier than filtered examples due to suspended yeast. High carbonation provides a lively, refreshing prickle on the tongue. Alcohol warmth is negligible, and there is no perceived astringency.
