Seventh Secret Eagle is a throwback West Coast IPA that emphasizes a sharp, refreshing bitterness over modern haze. This American IPA leads with a punchy aroma of grapefruit and floral blossoms driven by Centennial, followed by the resinous pine and subtle tropical fruit notes of Simcoe. The golden-copper pour supports a clean, grainy malt backbone that allows the hops to remain the focal point. With a crisp, dry finish and a lingering bitterness, it captures the classic Pacific Northwest profile, balancing its 6% ABV with high drinkability and a bright, hop-forward intensity.

Appearance. Deep gold with brilliant clarity. Pours with a thick, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
