Appearance. Pale golden (SRM 6) with a significant, persistent haze from the heavy use of oats and wheat. Topped with a moderately large, creamy white head with excellent retention and dense lacing.
Aroma. Moderately high intensity; prominent notes of grapefruit and lime from Citra, joined by blackcurrant and herbal spice from Bramling Cross. A subtle orange ester profile from the Kveik Voss yeast blends with a low, bready, and grainy malt aroma.
