Its foundation of Pale, Lager, Cara, Crystal, and Wheat malts provides a surprisingly sturdy bready backbone for its 3.8% ABV. Appearance. Pale amber to light copper (8–12 SRM). Slight natural haze with a moderate white head that shows good retention and leaves light lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Bright American hop character featuring notes of grapefruit, citrus zest, and soft resin. The malt profile is supportive, offering hints of bready biscuits, light toast, and a touch of caramel sweetness. Clean fermentation with very low fruity esters.
Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward and crisp. Bready and biscuity malt flavors are quickly met by a firm, moderately high bitterness (approx. 30–35 IBU).
