This sessionable American Pale Ale delivers a punchy sensory experience despite its modest strength. The grist, featuring Extra pale malt, oats, and wheat, creates a soft, pillowy foundation that supports a vibrant hop profile. Rakau and El Dorado hops take center stage, offering high-intensity aromas of ripe apricot and tropical passionfruit. On the palate, the fruit-forward hop character is balanced by a subtle, grainy malt sweetness and a clean fermentation profile. Crisp and refreshing, it finishes with a moderate bitterness that invites another sip, showcasing a modern, hop-focused profile within a highly drinkable, low-gravity structure.

Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (3-4 SRM). Large, white, frothy head with excellent retention and lacing. Slight haze from the protein-rich addition of oats and wheat.

Aroma. Moderate to high hop aroma featuring distinct notes of stone fruit, specifically apricot, and tropical passionfruit. Low, neutral to grainy maltiness supports the hops with a touch of bready character. Fermentation profile is clean with very low fruity esters.

Taste. Immediate impression of bright stone fruit and tropical hop flavors. The malt flavor is low but supportive, characterized by a soft, bready, and slightly cereal-like sweetness. Hop bitterness is moderate, providing sufficient balance to the fruit-forward hop oils. The finish is dry and clean with a lingering, soft fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a notable pillowy creaminess derived from the oats and wheat. Moderate to high carbonation. No perceived alcohol warmth and a smooth, refreshing finish without any harshness.
