Appearance. Straw to pale gold (3–5 SRM). Features a very thick, moussy, and long-lasting white head with a characteristic haze from the wheat and yeast.

Aroma. High intensity of banana esters and fruit candy notes, complemented by moderate spicy clove phenols. Moderate bready, doughy wheat malt character with a very light, subtle fruity hop aroma.

Taste. Initial impression is soft and bready. Balanced flavors of ripe banana and spicy clove dominate the mid-palate. Low hop bitterness (approximately 12 IBU) allows the grainy wheat sweetness to shine before finishing dry and clean with light fruity hop notes.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a notable fluffy, creamy fullness. High carbonation creates a spritzy, effervescent sensation on the tongue. Low alcohol warmth.
