Moonwake's Trilogy Pale is a vibrant, modern take on the American Pale Ale, defined by a sophisticated hop profile. A blend of Nelson Sauvin, Solero, and Alora hops drives a multi-layered sensory experience. Expect bright notes of crushed white grapes and gooseberries from the Nelson Sauvin, intertwined with the tropical warmth of mango and apricot from Solero. The Alora hops contribute unique scents of sweet peach and yuzu. Taste. The initial impression is hop-forward with layers of tropical fruit and citrus. Malt flavor is low to moderate, presenting as lightly toasted bread or neutral grain. Nelson Sauvin provides refined gooseberry and grape notes while Solero and Alora add peach and yuzu complexity. Bitterness is moderate. The finish is medium-dry and clean, with lingering hop oils and no harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light to medium body with a smooth finish. Carbonation is moderate-high, providing a crisp texture. Alcohol presence is a light, well-integrated warmth without any astringency.
