Moonwake

Moonwake Solero Pale is a vibrant American Pale Ale that highlights the innovative German Solero hop. Pouring a luminous pale gold, it bursts with a high-intensity hop profile dominated by lush tropical fruit. Distinctive aromas of ripe mango and pungent passionfruit leap from the glass, supported by a clean, neutral malt base of soft grain and light biscuit. On the palate, the Solero hop provides a juicy, modern character that challenges New World dominance, balanced by a firm yet smooth bitterness. The finish is crisp and dry, leaving a lingering impression of tropical sunshine and a clean, refreshing aftertaste.

Appearance. Luminous pale gold (SRM 5) with a moderately large, frothy white head showing good retention and delicate lacing. Clarity is brilliant.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of ripe mango, passionfruit, and a hint of melon. Supported by a low, neutral bready malt character and a very clean fermentation profile with minimal esters.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward and juicy. The Solero hops deliver intense flavors of passionfruit and tropical stone fruit. Malt is supportive and clean, providing a light crackery backbone without caramel sweetness. Bitterness is moderate and firm, balancing the fruitiness. The finish is medium-dry and clean.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is moderate-high, providing a refreshing prickle. No noticeable alcohol warmth or astringency.
